Thom Browne offers complimentary returns on all orders within 14 days of delivery, provided items are in their original condition with all tags and signature packaging intact. Please note that personalized items and fragrances are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit the 'Orders' section of your account or use our guest return portal to select the items you wish to send back and receive a Return Authorization Number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original Thom Browne box and shipping container, ensuring all signature grosgrain loops and labels are protected.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Affix the pre-paid return shipping label provided with your original order to the outside of the package, ensuring any previous delivery labels are covered.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at the designated courier location or schedule a collection; you will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
